Festival tickets can be purchased online with a credit or debit card or through this website or by post with cheque or BACS payment.

Online Ticket Sales

Once your order has been processed, and your ticket number/s assigned, you will be emailed a digital ticket/s which you will need to print off and bring with you to every event you are attending.

You will receive an automated confirmation email from bookings@festival.chobham.org as soon as you place your order. If you don’t see it in your in-box, please check your spam or junk folders. We will email your customised tickets within a few days.

Online Payment

The website processes credit card payments securely using the Stripe Payment Gateway. No credit card details are held on the Festival website, everything is processed on the Stripe website.

Delivery of tickets booked online

There is no postage charge for your concert tickets if booked online, as an electronic ticket will be delivered by email.

Postal Ticket Sales

To request tickets by post, please print a booking form. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Chobham Festival’. Tickets are not guaranteed until payment is received. If you have any queries, call the Box Office on 01276 856633.

When requesting tickets by post, please include a stamped addressed envelope to have your tickets posted to you.

Seating for Concerts

Please note that due to the layout of St. Lawrence Church an unrestricted view of all the performers cannot be guaranteed.

If you change your mind

Tickets are officially non-refundable but if you find you are unable to attend an event after all, please contact the box office as quickly as possible. Some of our events are over-subscribed and we may be able to fill the spaces.
