About the Festival:

Chobham Festival began in 1993 and has enjoyed success with the support of local performers, the community and guests.

The 2008 Chobham Festival takes place from Saturday, September 27th to Sunday, October 5th. The opening event is the return of the Sussex Jazz Kings for the popular Jazz Evening and Supper in Chobham Village Hall.

During the two week Festival, favorites such as the Festival Eucharist, Schools' Proms and Morris Dancersare mixed with performances from the English Mozart Ensemble, Ashley Wass and Sounds Easy.

Wrapping up the last weekend, the Festival Café and Art Exhibition will be open from 11.30am - 5.30pm on both Saturday and Sunday.


Festival Objective:

The Chobham Festival aims to raise all the costs of providing a high quality programme of events and activities for the whole communitly each year.


Location:

All the Chobham Festival events take place in Chobham Village, Surrey.

Most of the musical events are held in Saint Lawrence Church, which is on Chobham High Street.
