Chobham Festival 2007
 

The fourteenth Chobham Festival will take place between September 21st and 30th 2007.

The Festival will open with the popular Jazz Supper on Friday September 21st and closed on Sunday September 30th with Songs of Praise in St Lawrence Church.

As usual there is a strong mixture of events, with music in both classical and lighter vein.

Festival Café
 


The Panama Cafe Orchestra will be playing at the Festival Cafe in St Lawrence Church Hall. Bringing you nostalgia, wit and authentic sounds of the 20's and 30's.

Handbell Workshop in Schools
 


The Chobham St Lawrence Handbell Ringers will again be on hand to give expert tuition on how to ring these fascinating instruments.

English Music by Candlelight
 


One of this country's leading smaller orchestral groups, the English Mozart Ensemble, makes its first appearance at the Chobham Festival with a selection of some of the most attractive pieces in the English music repertoire.
